In order to succeed as Great Traiteur, has always relied on an innovative and complementary team. Launched in 2011 by Frédéric d’Oultremont and Gilles Molitor and joined by François de Meester, this trio shares a common passion: modern gastronomy and an eye for detail founded on human contact.
